The Perfect Circles platform is classified as as (Software as a Service). These systems can be set up as a combination of web and/or accompanying mobile applications. Once you have signed up to use Perfect Circles you are given a log in and a link to download the mobile app. Once you have done this you will be prompted to enter your business information and to set up your account.

Perfect Circles is compatible with IOS and Android devices. There is a plug in to link XERO  accounting. We are always looking to link products and other web services which add value to our platform and ultimately you, the customer.

Setting up your initial account will take about 15-30mins depending on how big your business is. We have spent a huge amount of time in development to make our systems easy to use. Depending on your business size (Start up or large Enterprise ), becoming operational on the system may be immediate or could take a few hours or days. As soon as you have an account you can start using all the functions such as invoicing clients and allocating jobs to people etc.

We have worked hard to limit unnecessary data capture in the Perfect Circles systems. Rather we have focused on functionality and ease of use. This data is secured on the Amazon Web Services servers for the information you enter and generate as part of your day-to-day business operations. Absolutely. In addition to our import/export functions, we have put processes in place so you can transfer you data if you decide Perfect circles isn’t for you.
